... and another thing a plant can do is suck in Carbon Dioxide and take the Carbon down into its' roots. Now, the process of manufacturing soil carbon takes place when the plant is grazed... the roots die back proportionately... (then when new roots come in) the side effect ... is soil carbon. The more we allow this "pulsing" of roots, the more soil carbon we'll get — so that's why we've got to allow the plants time to recover.

Holistic Management Certified Educators maintain close ties to Holistic Management International, yet operate independently. The links below include resources for current Certified Educators, as well as information on how you can train to become a Certified Educator.
